Khadija Garrison Adams is a proud Native New Orleanian turned proud Central Ohioan. Conceding to the demand for her sought after Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Cookies, the home based baker launched Deez Cookies in 2020 to spread comfort & joy during these uncertain times. A former chaplain, this writer, justice, and breastfeeding advocate thinks the stories we tell about our food and the places from which it comes are as important as the food itself.
